Disclaimer: Non-refundable retainer fee required for all packages for reservation. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and are considered liquidated damages for the photographers time and commitment, due to the custom and subject nature of photography and the photographer holding the date. No refunds will be given for client cancellations, late arrivals, No-shows or dissatisfaction with final product. Photography is an art form and results are subjective, so no refunds for client dissatisfaction with the style or outcome. All sales are final because they cannot be returned. Alternative exceptions may be made for dissatisfaction such as additional images offered if available, rescheduling delivery or session. Please be sure to consult for scheduling and package details with photographer. Session details and agreement are to be reviewed PRIOR to photo/video session day during consultation.
